Singapore Desk

Accounting outsourcing for Singapore accounting firms

Add bookkeeping, GST and reporting capacity behind your practice, without hiring an equivalent local team. A Chartered Accountant-supervised team prepares the work; your firm keeps the client, the brand and the sign-off.

Delivered from Navi Mumbai, India.

When the accounting team is full, growth starts to cost you clients.

You know the pattern. A good referral arrives in the middle of ECI or GST season and there is no one free to take it. Experienced accountants are hard to find and expensive to keep. Partners end up back in production instead of advising clients or winning work. Before long it is capacity, not demand, that sets the ceiling on the practice.

GetAccounted Global adds reviewed accounting capacity behind your firm, so a full team no longer means a closed door.

Your clients stay yours. We strengthen the delivery behind them.

This is a white-label partnership. Your practice stays in front of the client; our team works behind it on the accounting production, to your workflow and your review.

You keep

  • The client relationship and your firm's brand
  • The advisory relationship and professional judgement
  • Local professional and regulatory responsibility
  • The final review, authorisation and sign-off

We strengthen

  • Day-to-day accounting and reconciliations
  • GST, reporting and period-end preparation
  • Year-end working papers and audit support

Reviewed output comes back to your practice to finalise, authorise and deliver under your name.

The regulatory boundary

Who does what, stated plainly.

GetAccounted Global is an accounting-production and finance-support team. We are not a Singapore public accounting entity, tax agent or auditor, and we do not provide regulated professional sign-off.

We prepare

  • Working papers, schedules and reconciliations
  • Draft unaudited financial statements
  • GST and corporate-tax workings
  • Supporting documentation for your review

Your firm, or the client's authorised professional

  • Reviews and authorises the work
  • Provides regulated professional services and local advice
  • Makes the statutory filings where Singapore law or professional regulation requires a registered or authorised party

The final filing and sign-off are always made by your firm or the client's authorised local professional. We prepare; you review, authorise and file.

How delivery works

A Chartered Accountant-supervised environment, reviewed before it reaches you.

Work moves through defined review stages before anything returns to your practice, with review responsibility assigned according to scope, complexity and risk.

CA: Chartered Accountant (India). Nothing reaches your client without your firm's own partner review.

Controlled pilot

Start with a controlled pilot, not a leap.

Begin with a small controlled portfolio. We agree the scope, the workflow, the turnaround and the commercial terms before anything starts, deliver and review the work, assess the quality with you, and expand only once it works for your practice.

Security, confidentiality and PDPA

Your clients' data, handled with discipline.

Before any live client data is processed, we agree the security and data-protection terms for the engagement. Our framework recognises Singapore PDPA requirements and cross-border data-transfer obligations.

When you enquire, please share anonymised workload information only. Identifiable client records are exchanged through a secure channel after the confidentiality and data-protection terms are agreed.

  • Role-based and individually authorised access
  • Employee confidentiality obligations
  • Retention and deletion arrangements
  • Incident-response responsibilities
  • A data-protection agreement covering cross-border processing

Only controls actually in place for an engagement are represented as operational. We do not claim ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar certifications.

Questions firms ask

Straight answers before the first call.

Will you contact our clients?
No. We work behind your brand, under confidentiality, non-solicitation and controlled client-contact terms agreed before onboarding. The client relationship stays with your firm.
Can the service run under our firm's brand?
Yes. Delivery is white-label, subject to applicable professional, contractual and data-protection requirements. We never suggest concealment where disclosure is required of your firm.
Which accounting software do you work with?
We can work within your existing accounting environment. Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books are supported, subject to confirming capability for your specific engagement. We do not claim software certification or partnership.
Can we start with just a few entities?
Yes. That is the purpose of the controlled pilot: a small portfolio with a defined scope and an agreed workflow.
How is pricing set?
By workload: scope, transaction volume, complexity, software, turnaround and reporting. Tell us a little about the work and we will follow up with indicative partner pricing, then confirm firm terms after a short scoping discussion.
What happens during peak filing periods?
Capacity is agreed in advance. Engagement models and pilot scope are set so that ECI, GST and year-end peaks are planned for rather than improvised.
How do you protect client information?
Engagement-specific controls are agreed before any live data: authorised access, confidentiality, retention and deletion, incident response, and a data-protection agreement for cross-border processing. Our framework recognises Singapore PDPA and cross-border transfer obligations.
Who performs the final Singapore filing?
Your firm or the client's authorised local professional. We prepare the workings and drafts; the review, authorisation and filing are yours.
What is the minimum engagement?
We start with a small controlled pilot rather than a fixed entity count; the scope is agreed with you.
How quickly can we start?
After a short scoping discussion and once access and terms are agreed. The pilot is designed to begin on a defined, limited scope.
Can we increase or reduce capacity?
Yes. Models range from per-entity work to a dedicated accountant or a pod, with flexible capacity available inside custom managed delivery.
Who reviews the work?
It moves through maker, checker and professional-review steps, with your partner retaining the final review. Review level depends on scope, complexity and risk; we do not promise that one Chartered Accountant checks every entry.
