Engagement models

Choose the model that fits your portfolio

Four models, one delivery standard. Each runs inside the same Chartered Accountant-supervised review workflow and starts with a controlled pilot. Not sure which fits? We will suggest a model after a short look at your workload.

Per-entity accounting

You allocate selected client entities to our team. Each entity is scoped on its own volume, complexity and reporting needs.

Best for
  • Variable portfolios
  • A first step into outsourcing
  • Firms that want to move work entity by entity
How it scales
  • Add or remove entities as the portfolio changes
  • Move to a dedicated accountant once the workload is steady

Dedicated accountant

One accountant works primarily on your firm's clients, learns your systems and review points, and becomes a continuous part of your delivery.

Best for
  • Recurring, predictable workloads
  • Firms that value continuity and familiarity
How it scales
  • Add a second accountant, or move to a pod
  • Senior review stays in place throughout

Dedicated accounting pod

Two accountants with shared senior supervision, for larger portfolios that need continuity, cover and structured review.

Best for
  • Larger or multi-entity portfolios
  • Firms that need cover across peaks and leave
How it scales
  • Additional pods for separate service lines or partners
  • Defined review and escalation within the pod

Custom managed delivery

For mixed workflows, customised processes or specialised reporting. Flexible and project capacity, including catch-up, cleanup and seasonal support, is scoped here rather than sold by the hour as a commodity.

Best for
  • Non-standard or multi-stage workflows
  • Backlogs, cleanup and seasonal peaks
  • Specialised reporting
How it scales
  • Scoped per project or period
  • Converts to a steady model once the workflow settles

Every model runs the same way: a controlled paid pilot first, the workflow documented, review built in, and your firm's final review and authorisation on everything that reaches a client. Pricing follows the workload, not a rate card.
